Images from the daily life of the Zimbabwean people.
As a Zimbabwean born and raised, I am proud to present you a selection of my work. My paintings depict the daily life of the people in Zimbabwe. With tourism in my country being almost non-existent (but improving!), and with the economy in dramatic shape, the life of an artist is never easy. This is an excellent opportunity to present my work to a wider audience. I hope you will enjoy it.
Resumé
I was born in 1979. After secondary school (including A-level art) I attained the Certificate in Fine Arts at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe, in Harare. I participated in six exhibitions in the gallery between 2007 and today, and another six which had place in the Gallery Delta in Zimbabwe.
Currently I am active as a painter and a tourist guide, with a focus on the townships of Harare.
